20 years in corporate finance, the last 8 in CFO roles for owner-led companies in the US, Europe and the UAE, now rebuilt to run on AI, which is why a business your size can afford a proper finance department. It catches every invoice, checks every transaction, and gives you a clear report and a live dashboard in the first week of each month.
A real person builds it, runs it, and finishes every job by hand.
See it run
The dashboard every client gets. The month in one view, the exceptions that need a decision, and the report, refreshed each close. Sample data; figures are fictitious.

“When did you last actually see your numbers?”
“Who's chasing the money you're owed?”
“Ready for the corporate tax deadline?”
Most businesses see last month's numbers on the 25th, if at all. That's history, not information. And in the UAE, late or messy records are now a penalty risk, starting at AED 10,000 before you've filed a thing.
How a month runs
Suppliers send invoices to one dedicated address, or you forward them in two taps. The machine reads, files and logs every one, and flags any payment with no invoice behind it, because a missing invoice is a lost VAT claim.
Day one after month end, your statements land in the shared folder. The machine reads every line, bank, card and cash, matches each payment to the invoice behind it, and queues anything it can't place for a person to look at.
It codes every transaction, checks the bank reconciliation down to the last fils, and prepares the month's report in language an owner reads in five minutes. When something doesn't add up, it says so instead of papering over it.
Everything odd goes on a one-page exceptions memo, and that page comes first. A supplier paid twice. A bounced cheque. Cash with no name on it. Each with the decision it needs.
A human reviewer, your accountant or a qualified one we bring to the engagement, works the memo, keys any corrections, and signs off. Only then does anything become the record.
Under the hood
Nothing gets replaced. Your documents sit in a dedicated, access-controlled folder set up at the start of the engagement, and invoices arrive at one address, or by WhatsApp, or straight from your dashboard. The intelligence layer is Claude, the enterprise AI. You ask a question on your dashboard, your manager checks the answer, and it comes back to you, usually the same day. Running an ERP? The machine works from its exports the same way.
YOU
MONIE · via your manager
Every answer is drafted by the machine and checked by a person before it reaches you. It runs under permissions you control and can revoke any day.
Division of labour
Reads, matches and codes every transaction. Prepares the report and the dashboard. Builds your chase list. Files everything audit-ready. Answers questions through your manager, usually the same day.
Answer the exceptions. Make every judgment call. Post the entries. Approve anything that leaves. Own the machine outright.
What it's worth
Your next finance hire will cost AED 70,000 to 110,000 a year, loaded, and spend most of it on work a machine does in minutes. Late corporate tax registration alone is a AED 10,000 fine. And leaks add up quietly: we built a deliberately messy test company to prove the machine, and in a single month it flagged AED 73,800 of items nobody was watching, including a supplier paid twice.
Don't take those numbers on faith. Ask for the live walkthrough and watch the system run.
Services
Every supplier invoice caught and filed. Every bank, card and cash transaction read, matched and coded. The bank reconciled to the last fils. A one-page exceptions memo, your chase list, and a report you read in five minutes, with a live dashboard in the first week after month end. A human checks and signs off before any of it becomes the record.
When you need more than the close: a deck for the bank, a costing model, a cash-flow plan, a board pack, a read on whether a deal makes sense. This is the finance work behind two decades in corporate finance and 8 years running finance for owner-led companies. We scope it and quote it per job.
We wire the machine into your systems and set the playbooks for your business: the intake address your invoices go to, the folder you own, your reviewer, and the monthly calendar. Before you sign, watch it run live on a demonstration company, the same system, end to end.
The AI never posts to your ledger; every entry is keyed by a person. Nothing leaves without human sign-off. Your data stays in your own environment, revocable any day, never used to train models. Your files and your folder are yours, always. Leave any time and take them with you.
We prepare. Licensed accountants and registered tax agents sign and file. That separation protects you.
Works with what you have
Zoho Books: read and posted to directly. QuickBooks, Xero and Tally: a ten-minute monthly export. Excel and a drawer of paper: fully welcome, the machine works from whatever you have.

About
Monie is a Dubai finance operations firm founded by Sameer Bakhru. He has 20 years in corporate finance, the last 8 in CFO roles for owner-led companies in the US, Europe and the UAE, and over the last year rebuilt that operation to run on AI. Today a small team runs the desk: the machine does the volume, and a person signs off every number. The machine we install is the one that runs Monie itself. We sell nothing we don't use ourselves.
